BRANDON ENOCHS
Chief Executive OfficerAn accomplished leader, Brandon has extensive experience with the growth and management of organizations, operations, business development, and personnel development. He is a Professional Engineer with a Civil Engineering degree from West Virginia University and an M.S. of Engineering Management degree from Penn State. Specialties include management of complex multidiscipline projects, structural and mechanical design, and strategic account management.
As CEO, Brandon’s focus is on growing Stratus geographically, through operational improvements, and seeking out and acquiring top talent. “Bringing together the talents of four stellar organizations, we have an opportunity to leverage our talent and geographic footprint, to grow our teams providing more opportunities to our employees while improving the communities in which we live.”

BOB POLINO
Chief Operating OfficerBob oversees Austin Brockenbrough, a company that is consistently recognized as a Great Place to Work, receives project awards for technical innovation and excellence, and is commended for outstanding financial performance. Bob and the leadership team manage client relationships in the federal, state, and local governments as well as private sector. He leads employee professional development activities and the performance management program for the firm.
Before joining Austin Brockenbrough, Bob served as a Regional Director of Engineering and Infrastructure for a global pharmaceutical company with responsibility for dozens of operational facilities in North and South America. He had governance responsibilities for a capital expenditure budget of over $100 million and an operational expenditure budget of over $500 million.
Bob leads operations for Stratus, with responsibility for market, geographic, and service area growth. He is also responsible for technical project delivery and the quality program of the platform. Charged with integration of Stratus member companies Bob thinks, “Our greatest resource is our extremely talented employees. I am inspired by connecting our talented employees with our clients to help provide solutions to their complex challenges.”

KORI AMOS
Vice President of Human ResourcesKori Amos is an accomplished HR leader with over 15 years of experience in talent management, workforce development, and human resources strategy. She brings expertise in cultivating inclusive, dynamic work environments and is committed to fostering growth and innovation within Stratus.
She is known for her ability to implement people strategies that not only improve employee retention but also drive cultural transformation and operational excellence. Her leadership style centers around creating value through mentorship and development, ensuring that Stratus continues to attract and nurture top talent. Her passion for building strong teams and her progressive approach to HR solutions plays a role in shaping the future of the organization.
Kori holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law (MJ-LEL) from Tulane University Law School and a B.F.A. from Point Park University. She is also a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds a PHR certification from HRCI.
Kori has a proven track record of driving impactful change and fostering employee engagement, all while supporting Stratus’s mission to grow as an inclusive, forward-thinking organization. “I believe that creating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow is the foundation of organizational success. Anthony Kreis
Chief Development OfficerAnthony brings over two decades of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and financial leadership. He is responsible for expanding the company’s market reach, geographic footprint, and service offerings. Anthony oversees acquisitions, from identifying targets to integration, and develops strategies to drive revenue growth accross the company’s markets, services and geographies.
Before joining Stratus, he held senior leadership roles in prominent firms where he managed complex deal processes and fostered successful integrations. His expertise includes governance over strategic planning, significant capital and operational budgets, and enabling impactful decision-making that supports sustainable growth.
Anthony’s dedication to fostering a strong, innovative workplace culture is evident in his commitment to employee engagement and professional development. He frequently shares his knowledge at industry conferences and has served in leadership roles for community-focused organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands. Chief Financial OfficerStacy brings over two decades of expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and operations. She has a proven track record of driving growth, enhancing market capitalization, and managing complex financial strategies across various industries.Before joining Stratus, Stacy served as a CFO for a publicly traded technical services firm and a global e-commerce manufacturing company. She holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona. Stacy oversees the financial operations of the Stratus network, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective forecasting, and alignment with the company’s growth objectives. Her leadership extends to managing financial diligence for mergers and acquisitions, supporting Stratus’s commitment to integrated design excellence.“My focus is on driving Stratus’s financial strength and sustainable growth while staying true to our commitment to innovation and client success.
